The basic tasks of a special aid fund to help the children in western poverty areas are as follow:
1, Building relief system for children in western poverty areas, and establishing test base for the children aid in western provinces.
2, Supporting western children's aid public organization and private volunteer organizations construction.
3, Preparing Western children's aid resources service center, to help build fundraising platform to collect donation for the children.
Current project and activities of western special funds are:
Sunshine library plan; hydrocephalus treatment project; dull ice flower care orphan project, Tsunehiro ten yuan plan, love baby change action, the healthy growth of children, lunch, draw rainbow commonweal project etc.
