Dear Friends,

Welcome to our school.I am wery proud to get the chance to give the speech.First,let me introduce myself.I am an English teacher from XXXXschool,and you can call me XX.I always keep good communicate with my students,like singing English Songs before the class,playing interesting games during the class,and give them some encouragement.I believe it can help students to build up their confidence in learning English.It also be a good chance to improve their interest in learning English.Doing organized activities can make students get relaxed without making much noise.Kids love games,don`t they?So,it may be useful to be close to their hearts.Text books are also needed,but we teach them very fast---for tests,for students.Our students are good at having test,and they do better in speaking.But they may be a little bit weak in writing.We have never give they writing classes, just let them learn it by themselves.Some of them can hardly write compelete sentences,but most of them can do it well.We can do nothing about them.Because they may lost their interests in English.So when our foreign friends come,we are interested in your brilliant ideals.How can we teach our students better?Maybe it will be a last question.Thanks for all of you to listen to my speech.

五、总的原则，根据参观人和你们单位特点选择话题。比如卫生部长参观医院，你不能讲医学，因为部长一般是门里出身，比你专家。你要讲医院技术人员构成，医疗特色和学术成就，医院管理，取得的成就。说明各科室，要有选择寻找闪光点，比如内分泌，学术和医疗全国如何领先，如何成就专业人才。住院部，如何加强管理。当然我不是医生。其次，总的时间及每个话题时间要严格控制。其三，每个话题（部门说明）内容准备好，最好写个文稿。审核几次文词，避免瑕疵，或表述分寸失当。其四，反复演练几次，达到对你说明内容熟练，出口成章。我随想随写，条理缺乏审慎，仅供参考，希望对你有帮助。顺便说一下，所谓脱口秀是反复修炼成就的，凡是预则立。口齿需要练，文词要准备充分。你或许对你单位了如指掌，但你从未系统表述，况你也不是职业主持人或播音员，所以开始一定要准备重组。祝你成功。
