In our daily English study,reading,listening,speaking,writing,each part is need to be balanced.Generally speaking,reading can be proved by screening varieties of English newspapers,magzines and novels such as ,,etc.Through reading these materials you can increase you vocabulary which is essential for your understanding on the whole article.To prove your listening,bbc,voa and other kinds of broadcast of English ought to be downloaded and listened again and again,because practice makes perfect.Thirdly,writing plays an important role in daily examinations,suggest your article makes your teacher impressed,your score will more high.And a good writer in English is more successful in learning grammer and long sentences.Last but not least,speaking is a controversial part in study ,for we lack the environment to practice,in our spare time we speak mother tongue mostly,so in order to creat the environment,in my opinion,the best way to improve speaking is to find a fixed partner who has the same interest and embition with you ,both of you practice the conversation together ,and time flies you will find you make a progress together.

As far as the English teaching in the middle schools is concerned, teachers have to arouse the students' interest so that they may learn better . There are many ways to arouse the students' interest and help them to learn better, body language used in English teaching is one of them.Body language is an important media through which people communicate with each other. It refers to the patterns of facial expressions and gestures that people use to express their feelings in communication. The specialist on body language research, Fen. Lafle. Angles, once said: ＂Once it was lost, a baby couldn't have grown into a normal person＂. It's also true to the juveniles. In school education, body language plays a positive role in cultivating the students' characters. For, teachers are usually respected, and factually, what or how the teachers say and do will be possibly imitated by the students (sometimes subconsciously). In a word, teachers' graceful body language helps to improve the students' artistic-appreciation and moral character. Using body language is a an important technique in achieving this aim. We naturally use body language every day of our lives to express our thoughts and opinions and to communicate with other people. The way we stand or sit, the way we hold our arms and move our hands. All these wordless ways of communicating are called ＂body language＂. So, how can body language be useful to teachers in the classroom? First, teachers want their classes to be attractive and interesting, so they must be more than just ＂talking heads＂. To keep their students' attention, they must use their bodies as well as their mouths. So we move around the classroom in order to be close to all our students; we use facial expressions to show we are interested in them, and we use gestures to add to the effect of our spoken and written words. In my class, For example, when I give the students a dictation, I will show ＂＂, it means close books quickly, and ＂＂ means be quiet. when I will show＂＂, it means work in pairs and practice conversations. when my students answer my questions correctly, I'll show ＂V＂. It means ＂Great＂, it can even mean ＂wonderful＂ or ＂Excellent＂ or＂ perfect＂. When some students are afraid of speaking English, I will smile to give them encouragement. I can also use body language in teaching English grammers, the contraction words for example, such as ＂I am＂---＂I'm＂, ＂You are＂--＂You're＂. T his can be signaled by using the fingers. It's easy for my students to understand my meaning. In general, therefore, the teacher's body language helps to make the class a more interesting place for the student. These are a few of the ways in which body language can be useful in the classroom. In fact, language teachers couldn't do without it.
