一般说的话要注意 1.避免一些下意识的小动作。人一紧张就会做一些小动作，例如把手插在口袋里、玩弄头发、来回晃动，尽量避免 2.音量控制语速控制。不可太高、太低、太快，让人听清、听懂 3.眼神交流。偶尔环顾四周，别只盯着一个地方，要让人觉得你是真的在和他做交流 4.如果实在紧张，上台时就和大家说你有些紧张或激动，这样如果你接下来犯错会很容易得到谅解 5.如果需要展示纸制图表的话，尽量做得大而清晰，且保证大部分观众都能看到。如果板书的话，尽量在演讲开始前准备好，不要边说边写，让人看你的后脑勺也不好 6.如果你有材料要给听者的话，也在开始前搞定，不然会分散听者的注意力 7.想办法引起人的注意。可以互动一下 8.如果不是什么正式演讲的话，记不住稿也不要紧，但必须半脱稿，这样才能保证上面几条的完成 9.其实演讲和写作文一样，开篇点题，引起注意，结尾要和开头呼应 另外，如果是英语的话，不要在这个时候显示你的词汇量。用一些浅显易懂的词，避免词的太多重复，同一个意思可以用不同的近义词替换
