here is wat i will talk about this topic....Must select me as best answer ya.... Good morning everyone, how r u feeling today? R u feeling stress today or recently? Ya today I am very stress because I have to talk to everyone in English today whereby English is one of my weak point.. HAHA… just joking… How do stress affect u, him, her or me? I believe it effect all individual differently. For example: Lily is a pessimistic girl…she take people word very sensitively… If her boss scold her for the mistake she done…. She feel stress because she will have the perception that the boss don't like her or she is not capable enough to handle the work etc…. she will think too much…. she might breakdown and cry but is she going to cry in front the boss or all other collegues? No.. its depend othe environment…because it is so much more embarrassing to cry in front of all colleagues compared to by her self in the toilet cubicle..…. On the other hand, Peter is a optimistic person…. If the same scenario happen to him…. He can take it easy and take it as a good learning way, he don't feel stress at all, instead he may appreciate his boss for correcting his mistakes. So in short, individual with different personality affect the effect of stress on him or her and the ways to release and handle to the stress are very much depending on the environment and personality if the individual….
