很多人都会问：我要这么开口和老板说我要加薪?求加薪的确是个技术活，说得好，不仅可以获得期盼中的加薪，还可以让老板意识到你的努力和工作成功;但是说得不好，就有可能给老板留下唯利是图的印象，甚至可能叫你收拾东西走人。

1.Dont bring up your co-workers salary. First of all, you may not he all your facts right, and bringing up your colleagues salary will put your manager into an unfortable position. What you should do is pare what youre making to the industry erage. Using the industry erage will reflect well on you and will show your boss that youve been doing your research.

不要拿同事的薪水来说事。首先，你可能并不知道全部的事实，如果你拿同事的薪水来和经理谈加薪的话，就会把经理陷于尴尬的处境。你要做的是和你所在行业的平均薪资水平作比较。这样做可以很好地向你的老板说明，你是有做过功课的。
