早上8：30左右到fortune plaza，排队等电梯花了25分钟，那场面是相当的壮观啊
本来是10人两组的面试，我们这场是一人缺席，蓝队只能4人应战。我是红队的。
第一环节：ice break. 小组讨论的形势大家认识一下，然后给自己的组起个名字，然后每组一人present the meaning of that name.（讨论可中文或英文，presentation需要用英文）；
第二环节：每组一人蒙眼在房间外面等候后，每组抽一张单词，用语言（不得透露词汇的含义，只能指挥画图者上下左右，画圈画方之类）指挥蒙眼者讲词汇的含义画出来。然后解释一下在这个过程中的遇到的困难。
第三环节：case study. 大家拿到相同的案例，包括背景，目标。资料下方是每人不同的部分，经过小组讨论做10分钟的presentation以及4分钟的QA，是由对方提问的。
讨论过程为30分钟，之后两个manager会对每组提出不同的问题。记住问题后发进一步材料，再讨论再presentation，时间为8分钟，presentation中需要cover 之前manager的问题。
第四环节：manager interview. 聊一聊，我们组是全中文的。问了问研究生的情况，结合我在consulting firm的实习经历问了写问题，对其他三家的感觉等。最后由interviewer提问。
主持人说是2-3周后有结果。
