自我说明的要点；

（1）自我说明是应以面试的测评为导向。自我说明也是一种说服的手段与艺术，聪明的应试者会以公务员考录的要求与测试重点而组织自我说明的内容，你不仅仅要告诉考官们你是多么优秀的人，你更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。而与面试无关的内容，既使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃，以突出重点。
