With good presentation, I am open and harm-hearted. I can do team work and I am self-motivated. My height is 170cm or 5' 7.5''. I have passed TEM 4 with good language skill and attitude towards work. And I can operate office software like Word and Excel as well.

My major is tourism management which perfectly matches with the job in your restaurant. I can do with what I have learnt. The frontdesk is the window for a restaurant and it is also a key position to associate with other departments. I can know the restaurant better when I am working at the frontdesk.

I once was a guider as my part time job, so I can sustain hard work with good sense of service. I choose Shangri-la since I know it is an international restaurant with service principle that is 'do good for the development of the staff and make them to realize the goal of their own life.

建议你总结一下面试不上的原因。

1. 形象。外形方面可以靠化妆跟衣着，四个字，大方得体（而且是从头到脚）。酒店同时很看重你个人的谈吐及表现出来的气质，这个也可以训练。

2. 经验。要把你相关的学习工作甚至生活经验往上靠，要强调你的服务意识跟沟通能力，还有不怕苦不怕累的精神。
