温馨提示：三大面试技巧

一、明确求职目标，切忌盲目自卑

有些毕业生在求职面试多次碰壁后变得茫然，不知所措，不知道自己能干什么，适合干什么，缺乏自我定位。还有些毕业生为了表示自己的诚意，在求职面试时跟招聘者说，我什么都能干，没有工资都行，只要给我一个机会。这使得用人单位哭笑不得：对高校毕业生，特别是屡遭挫折的求职者来说，掌握就业信息十分重要。在当前毕业生大幅度增加的情况下，要切忌把目标定得过高，并要不断总结经验教训，锲而不舍地为实现自己的目标而努力。

二、备好求职材料，切忌面面俱到

毕业生首先必备的是一份简历，一份求职信。一分推销自己的简历

一、两页纸就够了，冗长的简历往往被招人聘人随手搁置一旁。简历要避免错字、别字和拼写错误;要突出自己的能力、专长或师从的著名教授。切忌面面俱到，要突出重点，使用人单位在最短的时间里就能了解应聘者最主要的内容。

简历不要花里胡哨，如果是电子简历，不宜带任何图案的点缀，以免被单位的服务器当作病毒拒收。寄简历的同时，应附上一封简要的求职信，概述一下自己的目标和愿望，再简述自己的经历和能力。不要同时给多家单位发千篇一律的求职信。一些毕业生抱着广种博收的心理状态把精美的自荐材料复印若干份寄往不同的用人单位，这些毫无个性的自荐材料又有多少会引起招聘者的注意呢?其结果也许只有一个当废纸处理掉。

三、衣着举止得体，切忌不拘小节

国外的一位招聘专家曾说过：我们很注意观察应聘者的行为举止。当应聘者来到房间后，我会注意观察他是否等我请他坐下时再坐。

很多毕业生并不知道，招聘者对应聘者衣着和举止言行的观察尤其细致。谁都知道不能穿一件花衬衣和五颜六色的袜子去面试、尽管西服、领带显得有点严肃，但还是最好的着装。毕业生如果不顾自己的条件，临近毕业进行美容、购置高档服装等全面包装的做法也并不可取。
