其一，最先出现在简历工作里的经历是你最近从事的工作，在最左边写上工作时间，还得注意一个问题就是右边应该写什么词语，你在右边必须使用固定词语而不能是意思相同或相近的词语，这跟中文是有区别的因为对英文简历来说是有习惯性用语的，比如1896-present。还有可不要把这个英文单词写错了否则哪个老板还敢用你了?往往求职者容易忽略单词的拼写而是简单地看一看，发现词语的样子没有错即可而没有对词语里的字母做检查，这样可是很容易犯错而显得自己很不认真。

其二，如果介绍以前的工作则无需将月份交代，此时只需写年份比如1969-1978年，如此可以将更多的工作经历融合到简历里。还有一个原因就是你的工作时间太短也可适当采用这种方式，比如你在某个单位的实际工作时间只是1988年11月到1989年1月，那你可以写成1988-1989年如此显得工作时间长了不少，总比孤零零的三两个月要好是不是?

其三，注意带有月份的时间应该怎么写，带有月份则应该写成1998,5的形式，你不要写成5,1998，因为一些求职者觉得英文地名就是这样写的，所以填写时间也应该按照这种模式可实际上是不正确的。
