It is widely accepted that job interview plays an important role in job hunting. On the one hand, it is an bridge between the employer and future potential employees and help them to better understand each other. On the other hand, it is an opportunity for the candidate to show their talent which cannot reflect in the answer sheet and application forms.
It is a crucial problem, how to prove the interview skill which is in front of the future career. First, it is wise choice to prepare yourself well first. The one who know you best is yourself. Only if you understand your own strengths and weaknesses, you would show your talents and avoid your draws. Second, communication skill, the key to succeed in interviewing, need to be trained everyday. Last, it is better to choose a job which fits your interest. Imagine that, it is terrible if you spend 8 hours on a tedious job which you don't like it at all.
On my point of view, interview just a way to help employer and employee to understand each other. Just show what you have and choose the job for yourself.
