Mid-autumn Festival
As everybody knows, Mid-autumn Festival is one of our most important festivals in China. We Chinese have been celebrating it since ancient China.
On that day, family members will get together and have a big meal.They will share the old stories about chang'e and the hapiness of being united. The most important on that day is to share the beautiful moon and eat mooncakes. There will also be performances on the street, such as Chinese dragon dance,making festive lantern and so on. With the advance of technology, modern people will send short message by mobile phone to each other to express the wish of happy Mid-autumn Festival. And more and more foreigners begin celebrating Mid-autumn Festival nowadays.
