若是求职信，要小心收信人的姓名，切忌用 Dear Sir / Madam，最好直接寄给该公司的最高负责人，用如 Dear Mr. Smith，等称呼，这能给人一个好印象。也切忌用问候语。信应简单自我介绍，但另附详尽履历。以我所看，以上两信有用错字，白字，而且太长了，看信者会不柰烦的。Dear Mr. Smith, I am sorry to take a few minutes off your valuable time to read this letter.
