大的方向来说：做个活动计划和预算。

细节方面：定好时间、地点、想好参加的人数、这个活动的目的，要达到什么样的效果。找个好的主持人、各种营造圣诞气氛的道具：圣诞树、圣诞老人、圣诞贺卡、小礼物等等，然后还有节目、车辆等等问题。

注意事项：

1.估算一下活动参与的人数，记得提前预定场所，圣诞节期间场所必定会很紧张。如果要住宿的话，食宿问题要提前想好。

2.预算要做细一点，例如：场所预算、装饰预算、请主持人的预算、节目道具、人员、食宿预算等等。预算做完后，上报时要留20%的浮动空间。每项支出记得保留发票，以便核对或报销。

宣传的方式很多：

在公司的网站上，还有请培训老师在班上讲一讲，制作海报学校的布告栏张贴。

给学员以及平时收集到的人员信息发邀请邮件、短信。

印刷一些宣传品上街宣传。

如果要搞大，也可以去广播电台或电视台做做宣传。CRI广播电台会是个不错的选择。
