We regret being unable to serve your the best quality of food in the buffet restaurant, as we originally promised. Unfortunately, our kitchen experienced an unexpected electrical problem, so that our dish-washer and food processer stopped functioning. Our employees have to rush all the things manually and quickly which caused the hair in one of the plates and infested salad. Even so, Auckland's Langham Hotel does not find these excuses acceptable. To compensate you for the inconvenience we have caused, we are going to give you a full reimbursement on your expense and an additional coupon worth $100. We again apologize for not exceeding your expectations. You're important to us, and we appreciate your business. Excuse me for my absence in the Spoken English Test last Thursday.The fact is that I went back home last week for my dearest friend's twentieth birthday. But there were some unexpected accidents which led to a few hours' delay unplanned for. My roommate was a little nervous when asked to give any appropriate explanations in English.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused. And can you spare a few minutes at your convenience for me to have a make-up exam?
