As the spring is coming , we can have more chances to go outside to have fun! So our group discussed the activities this afternoon . Some girls like flying kites, while some boys are eager to climbing mountains. Thanks to god , all of us agree on having a picnic this Sunday ! Sunday is coming ,our spring is coming, too!

眼看着春天就要到了，我们可以有更多的机会去户外玩个痛快了！所以今天下午我们在一起讨论了下活动的方案，女孩子们想去放风筝，但是男孩子们更想去爬山！幸好大家在这个周日去野炊上达成了协议！星期天一点点的近了，我们的春天也更近了！

My Favorite Sport Many people like to swim in summer. So do I. My favorite sport is swimming. Just imagine! What fun it is to jump into the water in hot summer! In hot weather, I often go to swim in the swimming pool with my family. Swimming can not only make us strong and healthy, but also helps us to keep in good shape. But few people like to swim in winter because it is too cold.Swimming in winter needs much courage. I hope one day I can be strong enough to swim in winter. 我最喜爱的运动很多人喜欢夏天游泳。我也是。我最喜欢的运动就是游泳。想想在炎炎夏日跳进水里该是多么有趣啊！在热天我经常和家人去游泳池游泳。游泳不但能让我们强壮健康，也能让我们保持苗条身材。但是很少人在多天游泳，因为太冷了。在冬天游泳需要很大的勇气。我喜欢有一天我能足够强壮到可以在冬天游泳。

Doing Sports A healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind. As is known, to have a sound mind, we must first have a sound body. This is of vital importance. Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life. To keep ourselves fit, physical exercise is the best way. All over the world millions of people take part in different kinds of sports. Sports are perhaps the most popular form of relaxation that almost all can enjoy.In taking part in out-door sports, we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air. The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed, which is essential to our health. Besides, Sports and games build our bodies, prevent us from getting too fat, and keep us healthy. They also give us valuable practice in helping the eyes, brain and muscles to work together. However,sports stimulate the circulation of blood and help to excrete the wastes in the body. Sports can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion. As a result, we can become strong-bodied. I always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health. I seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if I work a whole daylong. I shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to live longer and do more for the country. 运动和健康健康的身体对于健康的头脑是必要的。

众所周知，要有健全的头脑，就应有健全的身体。这是至关重要的。我们只有保持身体健康，才能在学习和工作中精力充沛，生活愉快。为了保持健康，体育锻炼是最好的方法。世界上有许多的人参加不同种类的体育运动。体育运动可能是几乎所有的人都可享受的最大众化的娱乐形式。参加户外运动，我们能更接近大自然并能吸收新鲜空气。自然界的美使我们头脑清醒，这对健康是极其必要的。另外，体育运动能增强我们的体质，防止发胖，保持身体健康。他们还在使眼睛、头脑和肌肉协同动作方面提供宝贵的锻炼机会。同时，运动促进血液循环，有助于排泄体内废物。运动还可以引起食欲，促进消化。这样我们就能身强力壮。我总是积极参加体育锻炼，身体很好。我很少生病，即使工作一整天也感到精力旺盛。

我要坚持体育锻炼，争取长寿，为国家多做些事情。
