For the purposes of this clause references to ＂ demands, damages, costs and expenses' shall include claims, demands, suits, causes of action, settlements, liabilities, fines, penalties, judgments, losses, damages charges disbursements overheads, costs and expenses including, without limitation, court costs, experts fees, attorneys fees and amounts paid to third parties.
