军训总结发言稿尊敬的各位领导、教官、同学们：大家好，为期一天的军训马上就要结束了。我代表学校领导首先要感谢军训的全体教官,是你们不辞辛苦投入军训活动，你们纪律严明，使得军训卓有成效，让我们用热烈的掌声向他们表示衷心的感谢！亲爱的各位同学，军训时间虽短，但是你们学到了不少课堂上学不到的知识，通过参观内务，动手整理内务，增强了动手能力，通过参观了解部队轻武器，开拓了眼界，通过观看教官的400米障碍军事表演，领略了军人的风采，特别是在下午的军事训练中你们的表现尤其出色，你们的脸晒红了，但精神饱满了，你们集合迅速，纪律严明，动作规范了。

相信同学们的思想认识也起了变化，坚持训练，认真劳动，不怕苦，不怕累，可以说同学们在国防教育中，既接受了爱国主义教育，也学到了不少军事知识，更增添了一份军人的气质。通过军训，你们学到了规范的，标准的军事技能，懂得了集体主义荣誉感的深刻含义；明白了只有拼搏、吃苦，才能战胜困难，乃至于以后的学习也是如此；认识到只有团结协作，才能共同进步，在集体中发挥自己的潜能。
