英语教学下半年工作计划【2】

20**年下半年，计划在全园推行布朗英语的学习，目标是为幼儿创设更好的全英学习环境，从小就培养他们喜欢学英语和说英语的好习惯。

布朗英语分为四个级别：托班，小班，中班和大班。

一个级别又分为10个主题(上、下两个学期)。

下半学期的计划是学习5个主题，需要五个月的时间，也就是一个月需要学习一个主题。

其中不同的主题分别涉及到了我们所学习的五大领域，包括：言语，认知，社会，科学和艺术。

一、教学要求

作为英语代课老师，首先我们要严格要求自己并做到以下几点：

1、不断提高自身专业技能，每天都坚持英语口语的练习，并渗透到微课程和潜课程当中去。

2、为了提高自身的业务素质，我们要求英语教研组的老师轮流上报英语优质课的观摩课，到时候大家一起观摩和学习。

3、上课之前必须提前备课并准备好当堂所需的教具。

二、教学目标

1.让幼儿对英语产生学习兴趣，主动学习英语，参加英语活动。

2.听懂日常有关的简单指令，并能回应。

3.学会一些简单的单词，如生活用品以及水果等。

4.学会一些有趣的英语儿歌，提高学习兴趣。

5.锻炼幼儿主动说英语的兴趣与能力。

三、教学措施

为了更好的贯彻、落实和实现我们的教学目标，我们制订了以下几项措施：

1，制定适合幼儿的周计划和月计划每月5号-10号对上个月的月计划掌握的情况进行抽查检测，检查的结果量化在当月的工资考核中。

各个年级组的幼儿英语教研组长和本年级主任 45%

2，每月根据级别订出2-4句英语日常口语

4、强化父母家庭在学习中的作用，做好家园配合。

幼儿园目前还正处于语言发育时期，此时就接触英语，同时运用英语和汉语表达自己的思想，对孩子的语言发展有很大好处。

我们再积极推进英语教学的同时，要充分注意到孩子间英语基础的个体差异以及个性差异，要求老师灵活掌握教学的方式方法，提高孩子学习的兴趣。

通过下半年的教学与实践，充分发挥我园的优势与教师的能动性，在提高教师教学水平以及孩子学习水平的同时，充分宣传我园的教学成果，扩大我园的知名度，促进各项工作更进一步。
