各位老师、学长、学弟、学妹们：

大家晚上好。今天，我在这里，面对这么多注视的目光发表演讲，展示自己。对我来说，既是一个考验，又是一次难得的机会。 “青春无几，时不我待”，我要抓住这次机会，通过竞选，争取成为汽车系第十五届学生会主席团中的一员。我先作一下自我说明，我叫XXX,T343-1班学习委员。我来竞选，是因为我有以下几方面的优势：

1）我热心为大家服务。进入大学以学生会后，我一直我是班委成员之一，热心为同学们服务，认真做班级工作，得到同学们的认可。马上就要进入大三了，我已不满足于只为一个班集体工作，我要着眼于全系，为给多的同学服务。

2）勤恳。我不怕工作忙，就怕没事做。熟悉我的同学都知道，我是个闲不下来的人，总希望有点事来做。我一闲下来，就感到空虚。所以，如果能当选，我会勤勤恳恳的工作。

3）办事有计划、效率高。我的学习、生活、工作都按计划进行。每天早上，我都会花一点时间安排当天要做的事。我做事不喜欢拖拖拉拉，总是在得到任务后，只要有时间，就立即处理。

以上是我的做事风格：热心、勤恳、高效、有计划。

如果我能当选，在以后的工作中，我将以我的处事风格做好以下几方面的工作：

1）协助老师，当好助手。老师是做学生工作的主体，学生干部是辅助者。我们要利用身处学生群体之中，更了解同龄人的优势，协助老师做好学生工作。

2）抓好团结互助，营造一种协调的氛围。学生会是一个大团体，只有搞好团结，才能做好各项工作。在团结的基础上，充分发挥每个学生干部的工作积极性和创造性，为我系的学生工作贡献自己的一分力量。

3）重点抓T4和T5级的学风建设，树立良好的学习风气。另外，还要把T5级新生角色转变作为一个工作重点，让他们尽快适应新的生活和学习环境。

4）多开展一些活动，丰富同学们的课余文化生活。

以上是我暂时的工作构想，在以后的实际工作中，遇到新的问题，随机应变，以切实可行的方法解决。总之，目标只有一个：做好本职工作。

“金无足赤，人无完人“，我也有一些缺点和不足。在以后的工作中，欢迎老师和同学们帮我指出。我会虚心接受，努力改正。

进入大学以后，我为自己制定了一些目标。第一，搞好学习，打下坚实的理论基础。第二，做一些学生工作，锻炼自己的工作能力，扩大交往面。经过两年的努力，我的前一个目标已实现。现在，我正在向第二个目标奋进。有大家的支持，我一定能实现第二个目标。

Today I'll talk about unit from my contents consist of 8 parts Analysis of the teaching material Analysis of the students Teaching methods Teaching aims and demands Teaching aids Teaching procedure Blackboard design And conclusion Well, firstly, I'll talk about part 1 analysis of the teaching material. I have concluded the features of……. 1 . there are a lot pictures. For this, the kids will be interested in the book. As we all know that interest is best teacher for the students. 2. It lays stress on the communication. According to the problem of Chinese students learning English , the book design a lot of material to improve the students' ability of listening speaking, reading, and writing. So I think the book is very good. Then I'll talk about next part analysis of the students. It is known to us that the kids are very active and like playing games very much, so during my class, I'll design some interesting games to activate them to participate and learn something. They will also be interested in the class. Next I'll talk about teaching methods. My teaching methods are task-based approach and situational approach. Using different methods can make the class active. Let's move on to another part, teaching aims and demands. There are knowledge aims and ability aim. Knowledge aims are to enable the students to master the words and phrases：………. And the sentences：… Ability aims are To improve students' listening and speaking ability by reading and practicing the dialogue. Next is the teaching aids. In this class, I'll use pictures, PPT and tape recorder. These can arouse the students' interest in English. Now I'll talk about most important part teaching procedure. It consists of 5 steps. Warning up, lead-in, contents key points and difficult points and homework. Step1 is warming up. Here I'll use PPT to play a English song Bingo for the students and I'll ask them try to follow it to sing together. By this, the students can be interested in it and pay their attention to our class easily and improve their ability of speaking. Step2 is lead-in （导入根据所授内容设计，可通过展示与本课有关的话题或者图片等等引出本课话题） Step 3 is contents（本部分为主要授课内容及组织的课堂活动。
