To take care of one's own body is another important thing for good student to do. Anyone, who hasn't got a strong body, can do nothing for his country, even if he has much knowledge. There was a man, who, when he was student, studied hard but neglected his health. No sooner did he come to serve the country than he died of poor health. From this we may see that to have a strong body is really very important for a student.
Lastly, to cultivate one's own virtue is most important. Virtue is the essence of a noble and good character. It will greatly help one to be useful and his country heart and soul. When learned people go astray, they do more harm than good to society. We should draw lessons from this.

As far as the English teaching in the middle schools is concerned, teachers have to arouse the students' interest so that they may learn better . There are many ways to arouse the students' interest and help them to learn better, body language used in English teaching is one of them.Body language is an important media through which people communicate with each other. It refers to the patterns of facial expressions and gestures that people use to express their feelings in communication. The specialist on body language research, Fen. Lafle. Angles, once said: "Once it was lost, a baby couldn't have grown into a normal person". It's also true to the juveniles. In school education, body language plays a positive role in cultivating the students' characters. For, teachers are usually respected, and factually, what or how the teachers say and do will be possibly imitated by the students (sometimes subconsciously). In a word, teachers' graceful body language helps to improve the students' artistic-appreciation and moral character. If the students develop a wonderful body language, which will possibly leads them to form an optimistic and active feelings, they will surely have a more smooth interpersonal relation.2.Ladies and gentlemen, Good afternoon. I am very glad to stand here and to share with you some of my thinking about the use of body language in teaching. My topic is how to use body language in the classroom? As we know classroom teaching is one of the most important ways that students learn English. As far as English teaching in middle school is concerned, teachers need to arouse and retain their students interest during their classroom lessons. Using body language is a an important technique in achieving this aim. We naturally use body language every day of our lives to express our thoughts and opinions and to communicate with other people. Although we may not realize it when we talk face-to face with others, we make ourselves understood not only by using words, we also send messages to the people around us also by facial expressions . The way we stand or sit, the way we hold our arms and move our hands. All these wordless ways of communicating are called "body language". So, how can body language be useful to teachers in the classroom? First, teachers want their classes to be attractive and interesting, so they must be more than just "talking heads". To keep their students' attention, they must use their bodies as well as their mouths. So we move around the classroom in order to be close to all our students; we use facial expressions to show we are interested in them, and we use gestures to add to the effect of our spoken and written words. In my class, For example, when I give the students a dictation, I will show " ", it means close books quickly, and " " means be quiet. when I will show" ", it means work in pairs and practice conversations. when my students answer my questions correctly, I'll show "V". It means "Great", it can even mean "wonderful" or "Excellent" or" perfect". When some students are afraid of speaking English, I will smile to give them encouragement. I can also use body language in teaching English grammers, the contraction words for example, such as "I am"---"I'm", "You are"--"You're". T his can be signaled by using the fingers. It's easy for my students to understand my meaning. In general, therefore, the teacher's body language helps to make the class a more interesting place for the student. These are a few of the ways in which body language can be useful in the classroom. In fact, language teachers couldn't do without it.
