2. 第一个that 是定语从句，第二个that是跟前面so呼应的so...that结构，你的理解是对的。
3. 这里的两个that引导的是同位语从句，后面的and that是针对notion的另一个同位语从句，因而不能省略。由于是同位语从句，因此that也不能换成which。
