珍惜粮食的演讲稿 往事点点，汇成了我记忆的海洋。心中，每每泛起几朵银白的浪花，让我回味让我珍藏，我体会出人生的真谛与乐趣。 每一食，便念稼穑之艰难；每一衣，则思纺织之辛苦。爱惜粮食是每个人都应该做的，大家不应该浪费粮食：爱惜粮食、节约粮食、杜绝浪费，低碳从我做起！ “粮食”，相信这两个字大家都很熟悉。粮食是从农民伯伯长满老茧的手中困难地“流”出来的。对于我们来说粮食也不怎么贵，所以有许多人会浪费粮食，对于这些人来说粮食只是一种好不值钱的东西，但是其实它是沾过农民伯伯辛勤汗水的宝贵物品。我们不应该浪费粮食！！ 当我们面向国旗时，我们可曾想过浪费粮食对不对得起祖国！农民伯伯是值得我们尊重的，没有他们辛勤地劳动，我们也不会吃得各个白白胖胖！所以请尊重农民伯伯，尊重粮食，珍惜粮食，杜绝浪费，低碳从我做起！不要挑食，认认真真把每一顿饭不浪费地吃完。 吃别人的东西出汗，吃自己的东西出眼泪，所以只有吃自己中的东西才能体会农民伯伯的辛苦！ 同学们，珍珠为宝，稻米为王，存粮如存金，有粮不担心啊！爱惜粮食、节约粮食、杜绝浪费，低碳从我做起！
