Fall in the end of Setempter,Oktoberfest,held in Munich,German,has a history of more than 200 years,dating back to 1810.It is a carnival of all kinds of beer.At first,it was to celebrate the Bavarian Prince Ludwig and princess Isaacson's wedding,but later,it was kept as a folk traditional festival.
It is a tradition that the mayor unscrew the first battle of beer on the opeaning ceremony.Then comes a parade.The citizen will dress up as a duke,a cowboy from the Alps,a miller from Rhine River,a nun from Cologne Cathedral and so on.
It is abosalutely that on this day ,millions of beer is consumed. Besides,for this exciting celebration,a special beer is brew,called ＂ “Wiesenbier＂,which is stronger and has a deeper color than general ones .
