I look forward to work in this hotel...（这个么，最好别说深入学习之类，人家不是找你学习去的，你要说明what you can offer）

总体来说，这个自我说明没有highlight你的优点，没有足够的理由让人家明白为什么一定要雇用你。

你可以在网路上搜索一下cover letter，尽管是不同的东西，但是可以参考下，人家怎么强调自己的专业技能，还有说明雇了我给你带来的好处。
