1. 如何说最低消费

尽管菜单都已标明最低消费，除非想被炒鱿鱼，否则顾客问起来，还是得毕恭毕敬地回答I'm afraid the minimum charge for any first order is ￥100（我们的最低消费是100元），而不能说：菜单上有，您不会自己看呀？！

2. 如何拒绝降价

如果没有议价的余地，态度虽然要坚定，但口气仍要十分委婉：We he but one price, sir.（我们不二价的）或Sorry we can't reduce the price, sir.（很抱歉，我们没办法降低价格。）
