英语职作文怎么写

写英文简历有一个很关键的 YRIS规则，Yourresumeisscanned,notread.（简历是被浏览的，而不是被看的）。YRIS要简历的内容千万不要太多，在短短的一页纸之内，使人事主管通过粗略的浏览对你留下印象，就是一份好的简历所要达到的目的。谨记写作要点英语职信不同于其它体裁的英语作文，它并不要华丽的词藻，也不讲究修辞。概括起来，写英文职信要注意以下要点： Clarity（明了）：职信要突出职的主题，开场白要直截了当，不要绕圈子，应直接道明写信意图。在说明个人情况时，应多说你能为公司做些什么。另外，层次要分明，使读信人一目了然。 Conciseness（简洁）：言简意赅，文字力简短。把必要的事项说清楚，不提与职无关的事。尽量使用短句，少用复合句、避免陈词滥调。

Correctness（准确）：达意准确。平时要注意语言修养的提高，随时收集并掌握常用习惯短语，这样才能在写职信时运用自如，做到语言的准确。职信中应避免使用过多的形容词和副词。 Standard（规范）：需要注意的是，读简历的可能是外国人，所以地名后一定写中国。例如，海口（Haikou）的拼写与日本北海道（Hokaido）的拼写很相近，不知道的会搞不清楚是哪个国家。至于资格证书，有些人将注册会计师笼统地翻译成CPA，但全世界各国都有自己CPA，有些是互不承认的，所以一定要写上国别，并写明考取年份。 Politeness（礼貌）：话语要礼貌、既要尊重对方，又要切忌迎合恭维或表现得过分热情。 Confidence（自信）：语气要肯定而自信，不亢不卑。现在让我们来比较一下下面的三个句子在语气上有何不同： A、Iamnotonlycompetenttoin鄄stallafilingsystemthatwillfulfilltheneedsofyourcorporation,butalso wellqualifiedtooperateitefficiently.（我自信不仅可以设置一套能满足贵公司需的档案分类系统，而且可以有效地进行操作。

）在此句中使用了 notonly……butalso,competent和 wellqualified等词语，表现得太自信，有夜郎自大之嫌，故不可取。 B、IthinkthatIshouldprobablymakeagoodaccountantforyourfac鄄 tory.（我想我可能成为贵厂的一名好会计员）。此名中的情态动词should和副词probably所表达的语气都欠肯定，而make（成为）一词也缺乏自信，整句话显得语气太弱，有自卑感，因此不可取。 C、Iamconfidentthatmyexperi鄄enceandreferenceswillshowyouthatIcanfulfilltheparticularrequirementsofyoursecretarialposition（我相信我的经验和证明人可以向您表明，我能够符合贵单位秘书一职的特定需要。）此句中的confident一词语气肯定，给人一种自信感，而willshow和 Ican也无自大之嫌，因而此句用得恰到好处，有特殊风格。要避免的事项长句：没有人愿意看太冗长的句子，切记YRIS原则，雇主只是在扫描你的简历。

缩写：因为外行人往往很难看懂。不要想当然地认为这是人所皆知的事情。编造：简历中的任何字句，都有可能成为面试中的话题。一定要有把握的才写，没有把握的不要写。外资公司是最忌讳撒谎的，一旦让他觉得你在撒谎，你就丧失了进入这个公司的资格。弱点：简历的原则是不要撒谎，但不写不等于骗人。“扬长避短”的道理，大家都是知道的。饶舌：说明离职原因时切勿批评目前的工作单位或负责人。如果你对目前的工作单位或负责人说三道四大发牢骚，就会让读信人认为你是个爱说长道短搬弄是非之人。试想，有谁会愿意把一个爱发牢骚而搬弄是非的人招聘到自己的单位来呢？空谈：不具体的爱好不要写。如sports、music、reading。大家不知道你喜好什么，或者让大家觉得你根本就没有真正的爱好，更糟糕的是，人们会认为你的写作水平很差。

另外，极少有人在很多方面都很强。即使有人兴趣十分广泛，但一般人不相信个人的强项有这么多，所以你也没必要写那么多，以免给人轻浮的感觉。面试人员说不定对哪个项目感兴趣，有时会跟你聊两句，一旦是你的弱项，显出窘态，丧失自信，这对你是很不利的。如果你喜欢旅行，而有些工作需要经常出差，那么你写上travel是非常有利的；有些女性写上cooking，也给人以踏实、很实事是的感觉，对于应聘象秘书这样的职位，也许会有一定好处。其它：TOEFL、GRE和GMAT等考试成绩建议不要写，因为一般外企公司不愿意雇用很快就要出国的人。容易出错的细节拼写错误：现在文字处理软件都有拼写检查（SpellingCheck），你实在没有理由拼错，否则雇主会觉得你连最基本的东西都不去做。

相近字：这是拼写检查查不出的错误，要尤为小心。例如，有一位专业是经济学的应聘者，他本应写Major:Economics（专业：经济学），但却误写成了Mayor:Economy，摇身一变，成了主管经济的市长。语法错误：这并不是说一点儿语法错误都没有，因为英语毕竟不是我们的母语，稍微有一点小错，别人也是能够谅解的。
