你网上找一下 商志 他讲阅读理解我觉得是很不错的，方法很好，很有必要听一听方法。

剩下的就是做张剑的150篇了，按照商志的方法去做150篇阅读，一天分析一篇，或者两篇（时间足够的话），然后后期就是做真题，两遍以上。阅读要一直做，一直做，做到考研的前一天。保持这样一种感觉很重要，不要在意做一篇5道错4个啦，3个啦什么的。没关系，真的，错多少都是正常的，所以，你只要要相信自己，一直坚持做，保持做题的这种感觉，一直到考研的那天就足够了。其余的都不要去管。

另外，做题一定要卡时间，切记哇！
