Dear ollege leader:

I have been appointed as Director of General Office and Director of Personnel Office in your college for two and a half months, I got benefit a lot from those positions, finally I understood that the enterprise which has a good leader would have a developing future.

I was disappointed with many things in the college and your behaviour. I think if I want to have a developing future I must work with the leader who is wise and resolute and has personal charisma.

There are so many problems in the college, I do not list them noe by one, because those problems are caused by you , I am sure you do not like to see them.

Now I earnestly request the enlightened leader to allow incompetent employee XX to resign, grateful.

首先，非常感谢您这一段时间来对我的信任和以及工作上的支持，然而我现在却要辞职了。

这几天我认真回顾了我这一段时间的工作情况，觉得来公司工作是对我的锻炼和磨练，我一直非常珍惜这份工作，这一段时间来，公司领导对我的关心和教导，同事们对我的帮助让我感激不尽。在公司工作的这段时间中，在工作上我学到很多东西，在很多方面都有了很大的提高，在生活上得到了公司领导的照顾，对于我此刻的离开，我只能表示深深的歉意。非常感激公司给予了我这样的工作和锻炼机会。

我向公司提出辞职，主要是无力解决目前遇到的工作困难，作为办公室的主管，我不希望因为我影响到办公室的正常工作。

另外，她对我的态度严重影响了我的情绪，甚至影响到我的正常工作，我不希望自己带着这种情绪工作，也不希望她总处于这样一种工作状态。也许我离开公司后，她没有了对立面，不会因为整天只想着针对我而无心工作，工作态度会有所改变。
