大卫： Hey John, how`s that report coming along?
喂.约翰.那份报告怎样了？
苏： Not too bad, I`ve already done around 2000 words.
不算太坏.我已经做了大约2000个单词了.
大卫： Have you nearly finished?
你差不多快完成了吧？
苏： Yeah, I`ve just got to run spellchecker, then scan and insert a few pictures as well as copy and paste a few bits from the Internet into it and I should be done.

大卫： Have you managed to figure out how to use that scanner yet?

苏： Ha, yeah. Eventually I had to ask my secretary to teach me how to use it.

大卫： Have you run off a copy of the report for the boss yet?

苏： No, I`m not sure how he wants it, either a hard copy, on disk or by email.

大卫： Maybe email would be easiest, as the file size would be too large for a disk and too much paper for a hard copy.

苏： Yeah, I`ll just need to get everyone who wants a copy`s email address.
