一、精准的时间把控能力

考研复试中自我介绍一般控制在2-3分钟较适宜。好的时间分配能突出重点，让人印象深刻。如果你事先分析了自我介绍的主要内容，并分配了所需时间，抓住这两三分钟，你就能中肯、得体地表达出你自己;同时也要控制好时间，时间太短，无法给人比较全面和深刻的印象，时间太长又会显得没有重点，同样没办法让人印象深刻。

二、直击要点

在准备自我介绍的过程中，很多考生会遇到这样的状况，一来觉得无话可说;二来觉得要说的太多，无从下手;三来觉得介绍的内容和形式都千遍一律。而考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你报名表之外的一些信息。如何在这短短的几分钟内向主考官完美展示自我精神面貌和能力，关键就在于应该介绍什么和怎么介绍。

1.开头用一句话引入：Good morning/afternoon, dear professors/teachers, I feel so glad to be here for this interview./I am great honored to meet all of you here.

2.主体内容：

①姓名、年龄及家乡。年龄及家乡直接跟在姓名后带过，如：My name is/I am***, 24 years old, and e from***province.

②毕业院校及专业。简要说明四年的大学生活带给你的积极影响。务必确保自己原来院校及专业的英文名称准确无误(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。

③性格优势及能力。着重强调自己的个性及能力对所报考专业的积极作用，如学术性专业，可用steady(踏实)、careful(细心认真)、 active, aggressive(有进取心的)等。其他一些表性格能力的形容词：logical(有条理的)、responsible(有责任心)、 dependable(可靠的)、efficient(有效率的)、amicable(友善的)、analytical(善于分析的)、 cooperative(合作的)、creative(有创造力的)、disciplined(有纪律的)、energetic(精力充沛的)、 faithful(忠诚的), gentle(文雅的)、independent(有主见的)、innovative(创新的)、motivated(积极的)、modest(谦虚的)、punctual(守时的)、precise(一丝不苟的)等。

④兴趣爱好。介绍自己对学习重视的同时，也应介绍一下自己的兴趣爱好。需要注意的是：应避免一些可能引起考官反感的兴趣，如watching TV，playing puter games等。考生可以从旅游、音乐、体育等方面入手，并简要说明这些爱好对你的积极影响(open my mind, relax myself, enhance physical quality)。

⑤对所报考院校及专业的兴趣。首先同样需要确保院校及专业的英文名称的正确性;其次强调对报考专业感兴趣，如平时通过相关书籍、期刊、新闻等途径了解该专业领域的动态。

3.最后用一句话结束：Well, thats all about me. Thanks for your attention.
