作文：对英语老师的看法

20多年来，除了父母之外，我们最熟悉的莫过于老师，当我提笔的时候，我发现千言万语化作的只是一个淡淡的墨痕，我的头脑一片空白，我想不出任何可以用来修饰老师的词句，也没有任何词句可以表达我当时的心情，但我希望用我最美的语言来表达我的致意，给我最最亲爱的老师。

不是所有的花都能代表爱情，但玫瑰花却做到了；不是所有的树都能耐住干渴，但白杨树却做到了；不是所有的人都能默默无闻，无私奉献，但老师却做到了；有人问：世上最累心的职业是什么，答案是老师，有人问，世上最崇高的职业又是什么，答案还是老师；的确老师是一种令人觉得“矛盾”的职业，在这个被金钱，利益熏染得热烘烘的社会中，老师就像一块坚韧纯净的冰，周围发出的冷气，使人感到这世界尚存着一丝明净，老师在我们心中就像一朵高洁、神圣的白莲，是黑夜里璀璨的明珠，在我们心灵的那一片净土上，总有块为老师留的芳草地.

曾几何时，由于高考的失利，我带着失落的心情来到了五月花，在这所寄宿制的学校中，我感到了家的温暖，严格的校纪校规，作息规章制度，令我想到最多的是母亲那严厉的面容，还有这里的老师，给了我的是一种无法用言语表达的感动。

当我看到老师不辞辛苦在校区间奔走时，我很想和您说一句：老师，您辛苦了；当我看到老师无微不至的关心我们的生活时，我多想和您说一句：老师，您辛苦了；当我看到老师带着沙哑的嗓音为我们上课时，我真想和您说一句：老师，您辛苦了；当我看到老师拖着疲惫的身躯为我们辅导时，我好想和您说一句：老师，您辛苦了；当我看到老师在寒冷的早晨带着我们跑步时，我更想和您说一句：老师，您辛苦了！

然而，这些只不过是冰山的一角，老师所创造的奇迹不是用短短的几行字就能表达完的！刚来五月花不久我一直在想，是什么让五月花规模越来越大呢？三个多月的时间让我明白我要的答案是什么。的确，五月花有很多的优势，有很强的实力，但我认为更多的是五月花老师的功劳，五月花的老师带给我们的不仅是感动与震撼，更多的是对他们严谨的工作态度和良好的素质，正是有了这么好的老师，五月花才创造了那么多的奇迹！在五月花学习的时间只有一年，在这么短的时间里，我们所做的是只有配合老师上课，课下认真复习，去学好计算机知识。

现在，在我的字典中没有安逸这个词，前方的道路虽然很迷茫，但有老师在笑声中真挚的激励，加上我们自己一年的拼搏努力，我相信我们会走向成功的，我们虽然顶着风，顶着雨，但风雨之中有您的影子，我想，这便够了，这就是您对我们最大的鼓励！

Instead of rating the teachers' knowledge on the subject, students should be asked to estimate what they themselves have leaned in a course, and to report on such things as a teacher's ability to communicate with students, his relationship with students, and his ability to arouse interest in the subject.

Usually, our teachers often give some evaluation on us according to the performance in their eyes. Although it is one of the Chinese traditional education system, it is unfair in some extend. So, teacher evaluation becomes an important part in the education system, especially in the course evaluation. To have high quality courses, both teachers and students should take the responsibility. So, if students can appraise the teaching quality for every teacher, it will be helpful for high quality classes. As no one will be perfect, teachers can realize their disadvantages on teaching from teacher evaluation. Thus, it is important and necessary.
