幼儿园英语教师岗位职责

一、严格遵守《教师行为规范》和幼儿园各项规章制度，依法执教。认真贯彻幼教两种法则，认真学习幼儿教育理论掌握幼儿心理和生理的特点。

二、全面负责幼儿园的英语教学、英语环境的创设以及幼教的英语培训工作。结合幼儿年龄特点，认真制定计划，做好效果分析记录，热爱孩子，态度和蔼，坚持正面教育，坚持使用英语组织各种活动。

三、与本班老师、保育员团结协作做好本班各项工作。（轮值工作、接送工作、家长工作等等）

四、努力钻研业务，积极参加教科研活动及业务学习，每周一篇教学小结，每月写一篇教育笔记，一学期写出一至两篇质量较高的经验总结和论文。

五、严格执行幼儿园安全、卫生保健制度，保管并维护好教具及教学设施，积极配合主、辅班老师做好班级管理工作。

六、积极协助主班老师做好家长沟通工作，争取家长的配合和支持。

七、在教学活动中一律用英语，日常生活中训练幼儿口语能力，要求能够进行简单的日常交流，使幼儿爱说、想说、会说并会自然应用。

八、每学期第三周前完成班学期教学计划，最后一周针对学期计划对幼儿进行效果评估。每周完成各项记录、观察、评论、教育笔记及下周计划。每学期末要有一次汇报展示。
