噪音是指不和谐的声音。流言是指中伤抵毁。暗流就是指对着干！比喻说：一个团队已经确定明天去洗澡，但有些人却说，别去洗澡了，大家去参观吧！还有的人说，还是去打网球吧！洗澡没意思。不说正事，光讲歪理。这就是噪音；如果有人说，洗澡？他们的目的不是去洗澡，而是领导跟澡堂老板是一伙的，他们就是去接受贿赂。而且之前就有领导接受过。与事实不符，胡编乱造。这就是流言；如果还有人私下拉帮结伙，与确定的事情反其道而行之，想直接把团队带到其他地方去，架空和否定团队领导。这就是暗流。噪音是认识问题，流言是法律问题，暗流是立场与阶级问题。噪音可以通过斗争统一思想，流言可以用事实澄清或用法律追究，暗流必须坚决斗争，绝不能有半点妥协！严重的，就是革命与反革命的关系。不知是否表达清楚了。请大家多指教！！！...
