我是一个大四学生，学英语也十来年了吧，作为一个学生，最能体会到学习的味道。优秀的老师上课很精彩。学生很愿意听。 但是优秀教师就那么几个，大部分是一般的老师，这点我们学生都能理解，但是一般的老师依然可以出色的教好学生的。作为老师，自己首先要懂得很多知识，涉猎很广的话会让学生很佩服你，还有就是人品不能差，我的学生生涯中，有一个我十分讨厌的老师，很势力，我们学生都不喜欢她。希望老师们不要这样。为人要正。 扯得多了，说你的问题吧，枯燥无所谓啊，要的是成果，你可以这样，毕竟是第一节课，上不上无所谓，不如把学生的兴趣提上来，兴趣有了学生会自己学习的。你可以给学生们放些简单的英语电影，或者听流行的英文歌曲，让学生们提起兴趣来。
