教育要树立“健康第一”的思想。新形势下如何针对少年儿童成长的特点，加强学生的体育、卫生健康教育，培养学生强壮的体格、较强的活动能力、健康的生理和心理、勇敢顽强的毅力、艰苦奋斗和团结合作的精神，使他们更加适应现代社会的需要，是小学阶段的体育和健康教育迫切需要解决的新课题、新任务。因而本着科学、全面、可比、可行性原则，制定本计划。

一、指导思想健康教育是学校系统教育的重要组成部分，培养学生的各种有益于自身、社会和全民族健康的行为和习惯，提高卫生科学知识水平，从而达到预防和减少儿童少年某些常见病和多发病，尽可能避免意外伤亡事故，增强体质，促进身心发育，为一生的健康奠定基础，

二、健康教育的任务：

1、提高学生卫生知识水平；

2、降低学校常见病的发病率；

3、提高生长发育水平；

4、促进儿童少年心理健康发展、预防心理卫生问题；

5、改善学生对待个人公共卫生的态度；

6、培养学生的自我保健能力。

三、健康教育的目的：

1、健康教育是以传授健康知识，培养卫生行为，改善环境为核心内容的教育，也是贯彻教育方针，实施九年义务教育教学计划的一个组成部分。

2、健康教育是培养学生德、智、体全面发展的重要措施之一，使受教育者具有自我保健的意识和能力。

3、一年级学生通过上述内容的学习：（1）培养学生在饮食、学习、生活等方面的卫生习惯。（2）懂得均衡的营养，对生长发育的影响和帮助。（3）初步了解感冒、眼结膜炎、肠道寄生虫病等的传播途径及防治方法。

4、了解课外活动、体育锻炼对身体健康的作用，并且知道运动前、中、后的安全注意事项及保健常识。

四、健康教育的内容：

1、通过课堂内外的教育，向学生传授卫生科学知识，培养学生生活自理能力、个人清洁习惯，使他们自幼养成讲卫生、爱清洁、维护环境的良好品德。

2、培养学生有规律的生活作息制度，养成早睡早起、定时定量进食，既不偏食、挑食、也不过量进食。懂得环境污染对人体的危害，自觉地保护环境，并懂得预防接种的好处，自觉接受预防接种

五、教学措施：

1、指导学生培养爱清洁、讲卫生，不偏食、挑食、不过多吃零食的好习惯。

2、引导学生用自己学到的知识为钥匙，从自己身边的小事上，从日常生活中去发现不利健康的问题和隐患，加以克服和解决。
