作为一个数学教师要演讲的话：我认为有以下三个步骤可以顺利完成。

1、感谢。

（1）感谢学校给予这次机会让我和在座的各位同仁们进行思想的交流；

（2）感谢各位领导百忙之中，抽出时间来听本人的知识性汇报；

（3）感谢各位辛苦付出的老师们和同学们。

2、回顾并现在情况展示。

（1）还记得上一次的情景，自我在教学上的诸多不足，经过和各位同仁们的交流和沟通，让自己有了很多新的思路和方法来指导自己以后的教学。

（2）自己深思之后，认真改进。教学方法和思路的更新，让我觉得教学觉得以下三个注意很重要。A、课堂之上的互动性的注意；B、学生精神面貌的注意；C、课堂主角的注意（学生主，教师辅之间的互换）。通过这三点在课堂上的关注，学生学习知识更加轻松，吸收知识也更加快速，容纳知识也更加宽敞。最为只要的一点是要让学生学会学习，获得学习知识的能力，而非只是知识的累积。正所谓：做到比知道更重要。这是在下的一点观点流露，望多多指教！

3、祝愿。

（1）祝愿各位辛苦的老师和同学们。。。。。

（2）同时祝愿在座的各位老师。。。。。。。。

（3）同时祝愿学校的明天越来越辉煌，人才辈出！
