我崇拜我的爸爸。不是因为他是一名年轻的大学教授，东南大学博士，而是他那种对待生活的热情和对待工作的高度责任心。在我的印象中，爸爸每天都有一股朝气蓬勃的干劲，他热情洋溢，温暖四射，我和妈妈都受到了强烈的感染。
爸爸对工作特别敬业。去年冬天的一个夜晚，我和妈妈受不了寒冷的“折磨”，便早早地钻进了被窝。爸爸说他的工作还没有完成，呆会儿再睡觉。凌晨1点钟，我突然肚子疼，便跑出来上厕所，惊奇地发现书房的灯还亮着。我走近一看，原来爸爸还在工作呢。看着爸爸那冻得通红的双手，我连忙倒了一杯开水递给爸爸。爸爸看我来了，便摸了摸我的头，温和地说道：“我的工作还没做完，你快去睡吧，别着凉了！”我听了之后，心疼地对爸爸说：“爸爸，都凌晨1点了，您如果还不睡觉，我也不睡了！”在我的请求下，爸爸终于结束了自己手头的工作，到床上睡觉去了。爸爸为工作经常熬到深夜，乃至通宵达旦。
爸爸，您对生活充满着激情，对工作又是那么高度地负责。我长大后一定要像您一样，成为一个既有高度热情又有高度责任感的人。
爸爸，您是我最崇拜的人，是我心中的无价之宝！
