一、科学的预习是提高英语课堂效率的前提

《新课程标准》指出：“在英语教学中，教师要有意识地帮助学生形成适合自己的学习策略，帮助学生有效地使用学习策略，不仅有利于他们把握学习的方向，采用科学的途径，提高学习效率，而且还有助于他们形成自主学习的能力，为终身学习奠定基础。”那么如何在小学课堂上短短的四十分钟内提升学生综合运用语言的能力呢？这就要求学生们在课前要做好预习。

科学的预习是提高高效课堂的前提，也是课堂教学的的重要环节能使学生针对性地听课，做到有的放矢，从而提高课堂效率。教师应每天布置好学习任务：针对那些比较简单，容易懂的内容让同学们自行学习，遇到难的，看不懂的就做上记号，对内容如何理解或是有什么想法就记下来。这样让每一位学生面对新知识之前都有一个充分的知备。
