楼主说输数字的，估计是只能收听当地广播？不知道楼主是不是用收音机的？也不知道楼主是哪儿人？先不论这些，如果楼主一定要靠广播来练

听力，那么可以买一个稍微好一点的全频收音机，不贵，而且能收到BBC,VOA这样

的台。另外中央台也有英语节目。其实也不必局限于听广播，想锻炼听力，方法实在太多。如果有个人电脑（听广播就可以在

线搜了），可以在网上查询相关信息，也有BBC,VOA的广播，只是不是在线的。可以放光盘（买听力资料的时候配备有），可以下载skype(.skype.com这是一款全球性的聊天软件，加好友的时候选择以英语为语言的好友就可以了)聊天软件，和外国人聊天等等。也可以自己买台电子辞典，下载听力资料，每天作系统练习。可

以买MP3（下载资料），复读机，或者录音机。这都是可行的方法。
