本人背景：五年跨国公司Sales和市场部工作，电子行业。
在这半年来我经历了大约至少50场的Interview，公司明录基本为：3M/Fluke/Osram/GE/松下/梅兰日兰/安戴/Sagem/安戴/英飞拓/奥迪坚/香港培德/康普(AVAYA)/穆勒电气。
3M的办公楼很漂亮，在遵义路万都中心的38楼。
首轮面试是HR带了几个助理模样的人，有点类似医生带着实习护士学打针的味道，HR是个小姑娘，问的问题中规中举，都是一些外企经典的常用问题：最大的优点、最大的缺点，谈一谈印象最深的项目经历等等。
两周后二面，是和直接主管谈，印象很不错，很年轻的Boss，负责全国销售，问到的一些疑难棘手案例来考我，轻车熟路，当场就给我他的电话，向他问道薪资，他说不是他决定的，后面还有老板，会马上安排；
再两周后，遇到他的老板，我用了一个经典项目的操作来打动他，效果很好，我以为是final了，谁知他说还有最后一轮，是和电力电子的老板谈；
二周后，遇到这个传说中的大胖子，一脸严肃，我以为会有口语，谁知没有，问了工作经历和当前职位有什么联系，再考了几个销售会遇到的细节问题，大约15分钟就结束了，告诉我，需要两周时间才能决定结果，肯定会通知我。
两周后，没有音讯。
第三周电话去问HR，说这个岗位设置遇到一些问题
哦，我明白了。
印象：
1、大公司病，流程周期长，不太照顾应聘者感受，根本没必要四轮；
2、福利待遇应该还不错，环境很漂亮；
3、有被耍的感觉，不太好；
