This is a very difficult dicision for me; however, after careful consideration of my future career I choose to join a newly started US company as a Purchasing manager. I have learnt a lot from you during the past few years and I really appreciate all your help and support. Nevertheless, I think it is the time for me to switch to a more challenging role. The US firm, although much smaller, could provide me more opportunities and flexibility in my career.
