Part Ⅰ （1thing-subject; 2 people-To/From; 3 points ） Memo/E-mail To：（下级对上级要加称呼） From: Date：（顺序为日月年） Subject: Dear ***, The body……（开始正文）这一部分基本就是memo和Email，而email是考得最多的。整体格式大致如上，试卷上一般会有to/from/subject这些信息，照着写下来就可以了。 PartⅡ Letter Dear Sir or Madam（不认识的人）/Dear Mr. Smith（不熟悉或表尊敬正式）/Dear John（比较熟悉）（就是各种称呼）， The body…… 要注意的是这里使用齐头式，每段开头都顶格写，每段之间空一行。最后的落款分别与上对应是Yours faithfully/Yours sincerely/Best wishes。 Report 标题居中写，另起一行开始正文，分以下四个部分INTRODUCTION/FINDINGS/CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION。若题目未要求写recommendation，最后一部分就不用写。
