July 10th 2004 Sat. Fine The plane finally touched the ground. It was around 5:00 p.m. local time, that is, London time, which is eight hours behind Beijing time. After a fuss at the luggage claim, we mixed into the crowd of people with different colors and styles. My eyeballs kept jumping from one alien to another. What a sight! Then we were met by someone from the university, who, we later learned, is called Barbara, our course director. It was about an hour's bus ride before we finally reached Brighton, where we were picked up by different English host families. My host family is a couple with a five-year-old daughter. On the way to their home, the hostess said that we (Xu Huishang and I) were lucky because they had just moved to the new house. We each have a separate room. The bathroom is OK. What we had for dinner was something like pizza and some vegetables. It was only after the shower that I realized I had been up for almost 24 hours. It was the longest day I had ever had. I will have to get over the jet lag.

Sunny 31th,July

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the thick green trees,therefore,the air was fresh,in addition, i could clearly see a path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldn't imagine how romantic they were!

However,with the time passing so quickly,The day（不是sun） was dying in the west. So i had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable experience, which was really beyond description!

今天阳光普照，我的心情也很好，厌倦了学习和城市的繁忙景象，我在下午来到了生态公园去享着美丽的风景，来得到放松。

当我来到公园时，首先进入我视线是浓绿的树木，因此，这空气新鲜，除此之外，我可以清楚地看到沿池塘边蜿蜒的小路。躺在有各种花儿点缀的草坪上，看着蓝色的天空，我感到十分惬意，因为我想要的就是是一些和平和宁静，所有的一切都形成了一道亮丽的风景线，你无法想象他们是多么浪漫！

然而，随着时间的快速流逝，日薄西山。所以我不得不回家了！我永远不会忘记这样一个难忘的经历，这是真的无法用言语来形容！

Most people prefer living in the city to living in the countryside.But I'm just the opposite.

And the beautiful mountains in the countryside are my favourite places.I'm fond of climbing the mountain very much.

Last Sunday,I got up early in the morning.The sun shone brightly and the weather can't be more fit for hiking.So I asked my parents and they agreed to go together. ! Then we began to climb the mountain.The air on the mountain was very fresh.The flowers,plants and trees on the mountain were extremely beautiful.We really had a good time there.Never before had I been so excited. I was totally exhausted when we reached the top of the mountain,but I felt even more delighted.When I overlooked around,almost all the landscape went into my sight.How I wish time would stay in that moment! We had a wonderful picnic there and it was eally a feast. Afterwards,we took lots of photos for memory. Then we got down the mountain.

I like mountains so much that I hope I can go there frequently.

大多数人喜欢在城市居住而不喜欢乡村，但我恰恰相反。那美丽的群山是我最喜欢的地方。我最喜欢爬山了。

上周日，早上我很早就起了床，阳光明媚，这个天气对于远足来说再合适不过了。！于是我邀爸妈一起去，他们也同意去一起去登山，山上的空气非常清新，山上的花草树木都显得格外美丽。我们玩得很开心，我从来都没如此兴奋过。爬到山顶时我已经精疲力竭，但我甚至更兴奋了。当我环顾四周时，眼前美景尽收眼底。我多么想时间就停留在那一刻啊！我们在那歆享了一顿野餐，真的是一场盛宴。然后我们还拍了照以作留念。然后就下山了。

我如此喜欢山，我希望我还能频繁去那里。
