The graph illustrates the changes in the amount of fish and other sorts of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004.

As for the line graph,a downward tendency can be seen in three types of meat.To be specific,in 1979,beef and lamb are both popular with about 220 grams and 150 grams respectively consumed per people（每一人是单数要用person） per week. Similarly,there are over 50 grams fish eaten per people(person) per week.It is amazing that the consumption(consumption) of beef and lamb decreased dramatically to roughly 100 grams and 50 grams during 25 years.The fish,on the other hand,which had a slight (drop to) just below（要用under） 50 grams.

However,the consumption of chicken hold (holds) an upward trend which was fewer（不可数量，要用less） than that of lamb previously.By2004,it(it's) up to almost 250 grams per person per week.

Overall,the graph indicates how the consumption(consumption) of chicken increased sharply while other foods decreased over the period.
