That is why the consumption of milk and meat has remarkably increased in the city and in the country. Secondly, more attention is now paid to the balanced diet, which is necessary for good health. As a consequence, vegetables and fruit that are rich in vitamins have been in ever-rising demand. In conclusion, with the change in people's diet the consumption of fruit, vegetables, milk and meat will gradually increase, while that of grain will continue to decline.
