一、开场白在正文开始就应表明自己写信的原由，表达求职的愿望。求职信的第一段非常重要，它决定着用人单位是否会读完这封信，甚至是否对求职者产生兴趣。这部分应告诉对方自己是如何获悉招聘信息的，以及准备应聘何种职位。如果获得招聘的消息不是很确切，可以询问的语气毛遂自荐，并陈述自己对该公司或该职位的兴趣与向往。

二、自我介绍这部分可以展示应聘者的个人背景资料。

应聘者的年龄、特长、教育背景、工作经历与工作能力等应作简要介绍，这样才能让用人单位确信你具备所应聘职位的资格。如果你刚刚毕业或还未毕业，由于很少有甚至没有工作的经历，可以多介绍在校期间参加的社会实践活动。同时也可以介绍与你所应聘的工作有关的个人兴趣、爱好等。以下英文句式可以用来表达这部分内容： I have had four years' experience with a city company as a market analyst. Since my graduation from Trade and Economy College of Huazhong Agricultural University two years ago,I have been employed as an export staff member in a trade company. 三、推荐证明为使用人单位对求职者的道德品质、工作表现或学习成绩有所了解，求职者应提供两到三名推荐人，以证明求职信所述内容的真实性。推荐人最好是过去的上司或求学时的老师。

四、结束语在求职信的结尾部分应明确表示希望获得面试的机会，及希望得到所申请职位的强烈愿望，并留下联系方式。

If you feel that I am suited for the job,please inform me of the time convenient for an interview. 在求职信的写作中应注意两个问题：首先，避免冗长累赘和杂乱无章，应简洁明快地进入主题，准确无误地表达求职的愿望。

其次，既要避免妄自菲薄，又要避免夜郎自大，应不卑不亢、礼貌委婉地展现自己的能力和才华。
