1今天，我做了一个科学小实验，观察蚂蚁最爱吃啥？我把苹果核、白糖、食盐、死了的昆虫、白米饭放在一块空地的中央，然后蹲在旁边观看。15分钟过去了，半个小时过去了，一个小时过去了，“诱饵”上仍然没有一个“侦察兵”过来。我一气之下，把经过附近的蚂蚁都抓来放在“诱饵”上，可是它们却飞也似地逃走了。真失望！我静下心来仔细分析原因：“诱饵”之所以“无人问津”，极有可能是离蚁窝太远。于是，我把“诱饵”移到蚁窝附近。没过多久，蚂蚁就成群结对地爬过来了。它们忙着搬食物，但蚁群里也有自私自利的家伙。它们不搬食物，只知道吃东西，而且玩命地吃着，有一只还撑死了呢！说实话，我也不知道它是怎么死的，只是猜测啦。然而，白糖全部被搬完、吃完了，其他“诱饵”仍然“无人问津”。

所以，蚂蚁最爱吃糖。2以前，我在老家的九龙山的山坡上见过含羞草，听爸爸妈妈说，这种植物是多年生草本植物，但又不像另外的草本植物那么柔弱。含羞草的花长得非常特殊。他开着紫红色或粉红色的花球，其实并不是一朵花，而是有许多的小花组成的花絮。如果不小心地把球上的一个小单位分开，便可以看见每一个小单位都有四裂的花瓣、四根长长的蕊，原来那一个个小单位才是它的一朵花。可是，这种植物为什么会叫含羞草呢？哦，原来如果你轻轻的触动他一下，他那片开放着的羽状复叶，立即闭合起来，紧接着整个叶子又垂下来了，显露出“害羞”，而是植物受刺激和震动后的一种反应。正中反映在生物学上称为感性运动，是含羞草受到刺激后，细胞紧张改变的结果。

We also visited our relatives over there. Both of my uncles live here and they are on each sides of the island. Since the island is not really big, so we were able to visit them within one day. One morning, we tried the breakfast in the hotel. It was a pure western style breakfast. There were lot of different kind of bread, beacon, roasted potato, pancakes, etc, and yes, of course, coffee.
