We at Auckland's Langham Hotel apologize for the recent problems you experienced with our company. We regret being unable to serve your the best quality of food in the buffet restaurant, as we originally promised.

Unfortunately, our kitchen experienced an unexpected electrical problem, so that our dish-washer and food processer stopped functioning. Our employees have to rush all the things manually and quickly which caused the hair in one of the plates and infested salad. Even so, Auckland's Langham Hotel does not find these excuses acceptable.

To compensate you for the inconvenience we have caused, we are going to give you a full reimbursement on your expense and an additional coupon worth $100. We again apologize for not exceeding your expectations. You're important to us, and we appreciate your business. Please don't hesitate to contact me, as we work to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.
